Double Grant Partner Visa 309/100 applying from South America, approved after only a year, thanks to Nick's expertise - now my wife and I are happily living in Australia together!We can highly recommend CCMS - We visited two (rip off) migration agents in Brisbane city before settling on Nick after seeing his presence on the internet where he actually provides useful replies to queries in comparasion to the usual marketing spam from most migration agents that just reply to every question with their contact details. The costs of his service was reasonable and we recieved personalized service the whole way through the application.Nick is well deserving of the 5 star rating! - The 309/100 visa application process was at first completely overwhelming but his guidance helped us consolidate our mountain of evidence that we had gathered over 10 years and present our application so the department could easily process it, he is responsive to questions and promptly acted on requests from the department.Even if you think you know what you are doing I highly recommend using Nick's services, it really makes the difference!

Mr. Nicolaas Hendrik van Voorst van Beest helped with my partner visa application (sc. 309) and we (my partner and I) couldn't be more grateful. We lodged our initial application offshore in October 2023 and we were assigned a case officer from DoHA in November 2023. We were required to supply further documents, of which we submitted in December 2023. To our surprises, not only my visa (sc.309) was approved in February 2024, but I was also granted a permanent residency visa sc.100 at the same time! At the time of writing this review, I have safely returned to Australia to be with my partner and enjoying our life together. I have to add that I was recommended to Nick by my family member, whom also applied for a partner visa successfully. So the results and the records are testament to Nick's expertise.

It had been an amazing journey. Nick is an wonderful and professional person. He has vast knowledge and heaps of experience in partner visa. I have done the entire process through email and from a different state.he replies very prompt to any inquiries and he has a portal for his clients and questionnaires that makes all the paperwork easy both for the client and for him as well. He helped us waive the 2-year wait to get my Permanent Residency just a couple weeks after I was granted Temporary Residency, by advising on additional evidence on our long-term relationship at the time of application, as well as putting together a formal letter to request the PR grant and advising how to submit it all. My Fiancé (who is from Morocco) and I have been successful in being granted our Prospective Spouse VISA in 5 months. Choosing Nick as our representative was the best decision we made.
