Education Queensland International (EQI) is a registered education provider offering education courses to international students under the Commonwealth Register for International Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) Provider Number 00608A. EQI complies with the requirements of the Education for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act 2000 incorporating the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students (National Code) 2007.
EQI is authorised to offer places for international students in the following courses:
Education Queensland International has more than 95 schools in Cairns, Townsville, the Fraser Coast, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Cost and Brisbane that welcome international students to study the Queensland curriculum.
This includes primary schools that offer programs from Prep to Year 6 and high schools that offer programs from Year 7 to 12, including the International Baccalaureate.
Queensland Government schools provide students with the best choice of study pathways, enabling them to achieve their academic, career and personal development goals in a supportive and healthy environment.
Most schools are close to universities and Technical and Further Education (TAFE) institutions, and many have partnerships with them that could benefit students. This includes an easy path to further study and future goals.

EQI students can turn their school holidays into exciting Aussie adventures filled with discovery. EQI Holiday Adventure safaris are a safe way for international students to travel and sightsee during their EQI program.
